SPRING MUSIC CONCERT INFORMATION

Some Quick Notes Of Upcoming Events:
1) 5th Grade Parent Meeting will be held on Monday, May 21st at 5:30 in the lobby. This will be a planning meeting for YearBook and End of Year activities. All are welcome to attend.
2) School Council will meet at 6:00 on Monday, May 21st.
3) Friday, May 25th is a Half Day for students. It is also our "Dress Backwards Day."
4) Friday, May 25th is our Kindergarten ROAR assembly at 10:30am.
5) The 5th Grade Educational Fair will be held on Thursday, May 31st all day in the gymnasium.
6) Field Day will be held on Friday, June 8th.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
All car drop offs and pick-ups should be in back of the building by the gym doors. The back doors will be shut at 8:35 when the bell rings. Any student who is coming after the door shuts will have to report to the main office and check in tardy.
Only the buses will be allowed in the front of the building for drop offs and pick-ups .
Thanks for your support in keeping all our students safe.
Please make certain we have a current phone number on file for you. The district utilizes ConnectEd telephone messaging system for contacting families in the case of a delayed opening, early closing, or school cancellation.
Are you raising someone else's children?
Dot Spaniol would like to let everyone know that The Grandparents Raising Grandchildren support group is opening up to other family members who are raising children other than their own. The next meetings will be held on Monday, February 6th and Monday, February 27th. The meetings take place at Ralph Froio Senior Center at 333 North St. from 4:30-6:30. Supper and child care are provided free of charge. If you would like any more info on this please contact Dot at 499-2287; Joann at 528-3301; or Genie at 447-7734.

Three very important healthy reminders:
1. Candy is not allowed at school as a snack or treat.
2. Birthdays are celebrated every month in the cafeteria with cake and a birthday song for the months celebration. Home baked snacks should not be sent to the classrooms.
3. Breakfast is served daily from 8:20-8:35. Only late bus students will be able to eat breakfast after 8:35.
