EMPLOYMENT


The Adult Learner Center's Community Planner has prepared a resource guide that outlines training, educational, and career pathways in the Berkshires. It is updated on a yearly basis and can be viewed by clicking the link below.

By clicking on the above link, you will be redirected to the Massachusetts Career Information Website. This website has a tremendous amount of resources about careers including information about job requirements for specific fields, average salary, and working conditions. It also has videos about each career with testimonials from professionals in different fields. When you get to the website click on the "adult" at the bottom of the page. You will then be directed to a page where you can start an account or sign in as a guest where you can also gain access to this service.

EDUCATION

Project Link at Berkshire Community College


Project Link is designed to prepare GED and ESL students to enter degree and certificate programs at BCC at no cost to students. Participants attend courses in basic writing, reading and mathematics, as well as seminars on such topics as student skills, employment prospects and applying for financial aid.

Students receive one-on-one advising and assistance throughout the program to ensure it fulfills their individual educational needs.
