THE REID PTA DOWNTOWN DINNER & MOVIE RAFFLE STARTS:
MONDAY MARCH 26TH!!
This raffle gives people 3 chances to win 2 movies tickets to the Beacon Cinema coupled with either a gift certificate to The MarketPlace, Flavours or Baba Louies. Each student has been given a booklet of 5 raffle tickets. Each ticket costs $1.00. The students must complete the ticket stub information (i.e. Name, Address, Phone Number of person purchasing the ticket along with the student’s name and home room teacher). Students must turn in the correct amount of money with their ticket stubs in order for them to be put into the drawing.
The profits from this fundraiser go directly to programs within Reid Middle School. In the past, the PTA helped to purchase new equipment for the auditorium, books for the library, supplies for the 7th Grade Science Fair, the Lego Robotics Challenge and busses for 8th grade end of year activities and 8th grade yearbooks. Please do what you can to join the effort in making Reid Middle School a great educational and experience for all our children.
All ticket stubs and money must be turned in Friday April 13th. The winner will be drawn on Friday April 27th.
Each student that sells all 5 of their initial raffle tickets will earn an extra recess. Top sellers for each grade will also receive a $10.00 gift certificate to Krispy Kone.
